From Tishbi: This rich and velvety wine carries a fine balance between the aromas of delicious strawberries, cherries, ripe plums, toffee, and mocha coffee beans. This delectable kosher wine, from Israel, was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Produced from the first free-run superior juice, the grapes are gently pressed, followed by a threeweek gradual and supervised fermentation process. During this period, the grapes are left to ferment with their skins, after which the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. The Shiraz was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and was bottled unfiltered. Good for immediate drinking; continues to improve if stored throughout the coming years.
